Our award-winning chef Laura Morrow, owner of her own business, has lived and worked in Vancouver for many years and has gained extensive knowledge in the wonderful variety and variation of the food created and served every day in our amazing city. Laura has a passion for food that is local, seasonal and sometimes unusual. Laura has fast raced her career by choosing to focus on challenging cuisines. She has an extensive background with some of Vancouver’s top catering companies at corporate events, conventions, galas, grand opening, weddings, wine festivals and memorials.
She has created a variety of menus focusing on the finest of Pacific Northwest Cuisine. Using only the freshest ingredients, our food is prepared on the premises and we can accommodate any special dietary needs. We can also customize any of our existing menus to suit your particular needs.
We offer full beverage service – all of our decks are licensed making it a great spot for parties and receptions.
